DALTON WADE NEW AGENT TRAINING

We know the decision to join one real estate agency over the other is not always the easiest to make. Beyond our industry-leading, agent-focused commission structure ($79 a month, $79 a transaction), we offer an intensive real estate training program to all new Dalton Wade real estate agents to help you get quickly started in your new career.

You’ve finished your licensing course, passed your exam and have joined us. We are strong believers in mentorship and agent development. With Dalton Wade Real Estate Group, you will not have to go it alone. In the Dalton Wade New Agent Training Program, you will learn the fundamentals for a successful real estate career.

If you are a seasoned agent who has decided to make the leap to Dalton Wade Real Estate Group due to our commission structure, lead programs or technology, our training will assist you in brushing up on your skills.

You can sign up (look for an email invite Sunday evening) for our weekly new agent training delivered via a live interactive webinar (Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday 8:00-9:00pm).  You can also train on your time by viewing our online training below.

Our online training will get you started quickly in the real estate profession and after completion of your training, you will be ready to work with both a home buyer or home seller.

Weekly Training

In addition to our New Agent Training, please join us every Wednesday evening at 7:00 PM EST for a live interactive webinar where we do a deep dive into one real estate topic.  Previous training’s have discussed Sellers Disclosure, Converting Internet Leads, “As Is Contract” among other pertinent topics.  Please look for an invite on Tuesday’s via email.

Our real estate training is always free, informative and open to agents from other brokerage firms. The training focuses on helping you secure and close on additional business and provides tips and tools to ensure a smooth and stress-free experience for you and your clients.
