As an experienced and licensed Florida realtor, Jill would love the opportunity to serve you by overseeing your transactions from start to finish. Just some of your key deliverables when you hire Jill:
- Create DotLoop Loop with Transaction Contacts and Public Record
- Download MLS Sheet, Public Record and MLS Attachments (BUY SIDE)
- Complete escrow paperwork
- Collaborate with your preferred network of title agencies, lenders, inspectors, handymen, moving companies and more
- Coordinate addendums and documentation related to each sale. Coordinate correspondence and deliverables with clients, title, lenders, inspectors, appraisers, surveyors, etc.
- Schedule repairs, inspections, walk-throughs, etc. Track/collect repair receipts.
- Making sure offers, counteroffers, and your CDA are signed and approved in DotLoop
- Ensure all documents are filed on time. Track Contract Deadlines deposit(s), loan application, inspection period, appraisal, title commitment, loan approval, closing disclosure and closing.
- Gather utility info for buyer. Arrange for closing procedures and funding instructions.
- Follow up with customers after the sale for your client reviews
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed
