Dalton Wade’s Mentorship Program Agreement is a structured initiative aimed at nurturing aspiring real estate agents in their early careers. This program is focused on seasoned mentors helping out newer agents through their initial three transactions with Dalton Wade, offering essential mentorship and support. Mentees commit to a comprehensive learning process, which includes weekly meetings with mentors, participation in training, and to complete any necessary tasks to gain business. They also collaborate closely with mentors in transaction-related communications, ensuring the correct handling of contracts and negotiations.
Mentors, on the other hand, play a pivotal role by assisting mentees in executing, processing, and closing their first three transactions. They help mentees prepare for client consultations, facilitate contract preparation, and provide guidance throughout the contract-to-close process. The mentorship program requires mentors to commit to being available for questions seven days a week, at reasonable hours. Compensation for mentors is clearly defined, ensuring fair compensation for their assistance in preparing mentees during this time.
Mentee’s owe 30% of their commission on their first three transaction to their Mentor (25%) and to Dalton Wade (5%). If you are interest in learning more about our Mentor/Mentee Program please contact Claren Jokela at [email protected].
