Simply contact the listing agent directly to arrange it, and notify us once confirmed. Then go meet the potential buyers in person for no referral fee!

Redfin – Another Amazing Partnership
If you have 5 sales within the last 12 months, you can apply to Redfin. If agents are needed in your area, they will accept your application and help you build your profile on their site. Then customers have the unique option of choosing you directly – meaning they are seeking you out! If a customer likes your profile they will opt to be paired with you – then you will receive a text and email with their information to follow up as soon as you can. If you close the deal, Redfin is owed a 30% referral fee.
