Dalton Wade Connect is your centralized hub for everything Dalton Wade. Inside, you’ll find your onboarding tasks, training calendar and on-demand library, vendor recommendations, agent roster to connect with colleagues, access to Dotloop and BoldTrail, commission details, important updates, and more.
This is your go-to resource for staying informed, connected, and fully supported as a Dalton Wade agent.
Look out from an email from the company Stackwrap in order to get started after you join.

We’re thrilled to have you on board and want to ensure you’re fully equipped to make the most of everything we have to offer. To help you get started, you will want to complete your required Orientation Onboarding with Liz Arterberry. This is your chance to familiarize yourself with all the tools, resources, and support available to you as a Dalton Wade agent. You should aim to complete this within one week of joining our brokerage.
The next step is to be sure to submit your completed W-9 form to accounting@daltonwade.com as soon as you join to avoid any delays in processing your commission payments. You can download a fillable copy below and quickly submit it via email. This step is essential to ensure smooth transactions and timely payouts.
When you first joined Dalton Wade, you should have received a "Welcome Aboard" email that included the Office Manual, Policies & Procedures PDF. Please complete and sign the last page, then email it to Cheryl at cheryl@daltonwade.com so we can keep it on file at the brokerage. You can also find this in Dotloop under the DW Office and Training Section.

Dalton Wade requires all agents to join a local Real Estate Board. Through that board you can join your local MLS (Multiple Listing Service) and receive your NAR (National Association of REALTORS®) designation. This is required for all DW agents, regardless of which state you reside in. If you are already a member of your local board and MLS, please contact membership to let them know you have switched brokerages so you can appear on the Dalton Wade roster.
If you selected "To Be Determined" on your ICA form when joining, please email our support team at support@daltonwade.com. This ensures your information is updated in our internal records and that you are placed in the correct BoldTrail CRM office, allowing your listings to display properly.
If you have any active listings with your previous brokerage, be sure to transfer them to Dalton Wade in your MLS, if applicable. Most brokerages allow agents to transfer their active listings, but it’s always a good idea to check with your previous brokerage and your MLS for any specific guidelines or requirements.
Taking this step ensures a seamless transition for your clients and keeps your listings properly managed under Dalton Wade. If you need assistance with the transfer process, don’t hesitate to reach out to our support team.

Set up your electronic lockbox access through your local board to easily access homes for showings, as most homes are equipped with electronic lockboxes. If you have a listing coming up, you can also purchase electronic lockboxes directly from your local board.
If you are apart of the following MLSs, the next step you will need to do is set up your MLS subscription on our website as they charge the brokerage directly. Remember, you need to apply on their websites first, this is just for the reoccurring fees.
One of the first steps in building your real estate business is to create a dedicated, professional email address. Many agents opt for a free Gmail account, but if you want to enhance your brand further, you might consider purchasing a custom domain email address through a provider like GoDaddy.
In addition to setting up your email, it's crucial to include an email signature that reflects your professionalism and ensures brand consistency. Your signature should include your full name, contact information, and any relevant credentials or company logos.
For examples and guidance on setting up your email and creating a polished signature, be sure to check your Orientation Packet. Following these tips will help you establish a strong, professional presence from the start!
If you do end up creating a new dedicated email, and you want to use that for all Dalton Wade communications, please send an email to our Support Team so we can update our internal systems.

A strong brand presence is essential for growing your real estate business. Through Markful, you can order professionally designed business cards, signage, apparel, listing presentation boxes, and more, all customized with Dalton Wade branding. These materials will help you establish credibility, market your services effectively, and create a polished, professional image for your clients.
We highly recommend ordering your business cards and essential marketing materials as soon as possible. Explore the full selection and place your order on our Markful portal.
A professional headshot is an essential part of your real estate branding, helping you make a strong first impression with clients. Your headshot will be used on your email signature, business cards, website profile, and marketing materials, ensuring a consistent and polished image across all platforms. In addition to your headshot, our support team also needs a professional bio/about me section to complete your agent website profile. This will help potential clients get to know you and build trust in your expertise. To be activated on the Dalton Wade online roster, submit your headshot and bio to our support team.

We use BoldTrail CRM for our agent websites, which offers a range of customization options to help you stand out. Once your profile is complete with your headshot and bio to our support staff, you’ll also be displayed on our Agent Roster page, making it simple for potential clients to locate and contact you directly. You can continue to edit your profile in BoldTrail to display spoken languages, designations, social media channels and more.
Additionally, you’ll have the opportunity to personalize your site with custom landing pages, tailored search options, and featured listings that reflect your unique market focus.

Set up a professional voicemail greeting stating your name, company, and that you will get back with them shortly. Leads may not bother to leave a message if you don’t have voicemail set up - that is missed business! Check out your Orientation Packet for voicemail templates!
In today’s digital world, it’s essential for clients to be able to find you online. Not being visible can make you appear unprofessional. Start by creating a free professional profile on Zillow and Realtor.com where you can add your past sales and request client reviews.
Next, set up Facebook and Instagram Business Pages, and be sure to post regularly to engage with your audience. Also, establish a Google Business Page and remember to ask satisfied clients to leave reviews. Tip: Make sure to have your full name on your Google Business Page!
If you want to broaden your reach further, consider creating a business presence on Pinterest, Twitter, and even a YouTube Channel.
Our lead program, Paradym, can automate your social media postings, saving you time and effort. Be sure to attend Paradym training to learn how to make the most of these automation tools.

The next step is to join our Facebook Group to stay engaged with the brokerage and connect with other agents! It's a great place to ask for advice, network, coordinate meet-ups, share referrals, seek recommendations, and organize open houses. Plus, we post training opportunities and answer your questions right there.
Remember, you’re selling high-value assets—real estate! For many clients, buying or selling a home is the biggest financial decision they’ll ever make, and they need to feel confident in your professionalism. Always dress appropriately to reflect the importance of your role. Additionally, ensure your vehicle is clean and presentable when driving to meet leads at showings.

At Dalton Wade, we believe continuous learning is key to your success in real estate. That’s why we offer a wide range of training sessions - both live and on-demand - designed to keep you informed, motivated, and ahead of the competition. Whether you're a seasoned agent or just starting out, our comprehensive training programs cover everything from contract training, lead conversion, how to run an Open House, social media training with Paradym and more.
