No Hidden Fees - Ever
At Dalton Wade Real Estate Group, we prioritize complete transparency. Below is a list of all potential fees you may encounter while with our brokerage.

Your monthly fees are based on the compensation plan you select—choose from $79/month, $129/month, or enjoy a no-monthly-fee option!
Transaction fees vary based on the plan you choose. The Starter and Business Builder plans include a $79 per transaction fee, while the No Monthly Fee plan has a $390 per transaction fee.
Regardless of your chosen plan, lease transactions have a flat $79 fee.
No matter your compensation plan, if your commission is $500 or less, the brokerage charges a 10% fee instead of the standard $79 or $390 transaction fee.
PrimeStreet, OpCity, and the Dalton Wade Website Lead Program have referral fees that are paid at closing, up to two years after receiving the referral.

As required by our ICA, all Dalton Wade agents must maintain active membership with their local real estate association and MLS. While most fees are paid directly to the association or MLS, some are charged to the brokerage, and we set up a recurring payment for those. All fees are clearly detailed on our webpage. If a subscription is necessary, you will receive an email notification upon signing up with us, asking you to set up your subscription here.
When handling both sides of a transaction, you only pay the transaction fee once. Depending on your compensation plan, this fee will be either $79 or $390. Please note: You are only required to fill out one loop in Dotloop for these types of transactions instead of two!
Using a Transaction Coordinator is optional. However, the fee is $395 for buy-side transactions and $495 for dual transactions involving both the listing and buy side. This fee is only paid upon a successful closing. Learn more here.
Our optional mentorship program is 30% of your commission for your first three transactions with Dalton Wade. Learn more here.
Every optional add-on for your account is clearly displayed before you enter your credit card information on our website. This includes, but is not limited to, our Listing Box PowerBox, starting at $140.49 per box. These tools are entirely optional and designed to support different aspects of your business.
