Here’s how we partner with Zillow: You choose a zip code, and we invest $1,000, with Zillow adding a $100 ad bonus for a total monthly spend of $1,100. Our credit card is linked to your Zillow profile, and your share of the cost is 1/3 of the total bill ($333 per month). For each closed transaction, a 20% referral fee applies. Referral fees are also owed on repeat business with the same client for up to two years from the initial lead receipt.
