Buyer Agent fills out required information. The rest is calculated for them, showing exact numbers that both buyer and seller agents will receive, along with the fee to Homesale.plus
Review Offer before submitting
Before submitting the offer to the seller, the buyer agent can review the offer to ensure everything is correct. They will also see the full amount in green that the buyer's pay.
Easily compare their offer with others
After the offer is submitted, the buyer agent can easily see where their offer lands against other offers. Note that it will show the "Net to Seller" so that sellers know exactly how much they will walk away with, net of commissions.

- The first step is to create an Agent Account on our website: https://homesale.plus/Account/Register. If possible, please also upload a copy of your logo. (Or you can email it to [email protected], and she will update your account.) You can download Dalton Wade logos here.
- Next is the Homesale.plus Listing Agreement Addendum – this needs to be signed by the seller in order to have the listing on our platform. Here is the language needed for the Listing Agreement Addendum. For your convenience, the Addendum is available for download at https://homesale.plus/page/addenda. Please choose the appropriate addendum for your sale (FlexBid in Maryland. FlexBid outside of Maryland or Auction). In addition, you can download the PDF here.
- Once the Addendum is signed, please email Chris a copy at [email protected], along with a copy of the listing agreement Disclosures. (We post the disclosures on our site.)
- Professional Photographs: If this is an existing listing, please send Chris at [email protected] a link to the photos. If this is a new listing, please order photography and send us a link for payment.
- MLS Public Remarks – Please email Chris at [email protected] your property description and she will provide you with the additional verbiage that will be needed for the public remarks (in addition to your property description).
- MLS Agent Remarks – Chris will also provide you with the verbiage that will be needed for the agent remarks.
- List Price – Jerry/Zach will discuss the list price with you based on the Homesale.plus pricing strategy.
- We will then prepare the listing on Homesale.plus and send you a separate email with instructions and the language needed for the MLS. It’s important that we coordinate the timing of when the listings go active. DO NOT ACTIVATE THE MLS LISTING BEFORE IT’S ON HOMESALE.PLUS. We need to create the listing on Homesale.plus first so that we can give you the link that is needed as part of the Agent remarks. (The link to Homesale.plus is unique to your property.)
