- Contact Cheryl Ju: Once you’ve completed the required training, it’s time to get started! Contact Cheryl Ju at cheryl@daltonwade.com to inform her that you’re ready to be placed onto the lead program. Cheryl will send you instructions on how to finish your set up to receive leads effectively.
- Lead Distribution: Every month, home shoppers visit www.daltonwade.com, making it their go-to destination for real estate insights. Upon viewing four property photos, visitors are prompted to provide their contact details to the website. Afterwards, we seamlessly distribute these leads according to the respective county of interest. Any agents designated to that specific county will receive an opportunity to swiftly claim the lead within the Boomtown app with just a simple click.
In addition to the above points, it’s important to note a few key details about working with website leads:
- Fees: 30-35% Referral Fee up to 2 years on repeats.
- Boomtown App: Once you’re enrolled in the program, download the BOOMTOWN NOW App and ensure that your notifications are turned on. This will allow you to receive instant alerts when new leads come in, enabling you to respond promptly and effectively. In your welcome email, we have instructions on how to do this!
- Lead Follow-Up: Timely follow-up is crucial when working with website leads.
