Our Business Builder Lead Program – Revamped!
We have told you before and you will hear it again – Dalton Wade is all about evolving and becoming a better version of itself each and every day. That includes always revising or adding to our lead program to get our agents more leads and better leads. We posted a few months ago about our lead program including Op City and Zillow which we will reiterate here – but our lead program is now called The Business Builder Program and includes 2 other options as well. Our Business Builder Program is called just that for a reason – we have helped plenty of motivated, hard working agents get leads from a variety of sources to build their business and make more money. Here we will explore our 4 options at this time – and stay tuned for future lead program information as well!
Op City is a large internet based lead service that procures their own paid leads and works them with their own team of internal sales associates prior to sending them out to agents like yourself. That means those leads are called, texted and emailed multiple times over a 6 month time frame to ensure no opportunity is missed. Whenever a lead has answered some qualifying questions (regarding preapproval, timeframe, price range, area, etc) and has advised they would like to move forward and speak to an agent, the lead opportunity is sent out to agents. If you have won a lead, Op City will call you directly with a live lead transfer – this means you get to speak to the lead on the phone directly, significantly increasing your chances of working with them and turning it into a closing! To be eligible to receive Op City leads through our brokerage, you just need to pay $129/month and $79/transaction (instead of the basic $79/month and $79/transaction), then a referral fee to Op City (only due upon closing – that is it)! Referral fee is 30% under $150k price point and 35% over $150k price point.
Zillow has proven to be good quality leads but the expense can be too much for some agents to bear alone. Dalton Wade would like to help with that! We offer to help sponsor you in the zip code of your choice for $1000/month total – we pay 1/3, our preferred lender Dalton Wade Mortgage Team (or your own preferred lender) pays 1/3, and you as the agent pay 1/3 of that advertising cost monthly. Zillow even kicks in an extra $100 in your zipcode of advertising money as well! You still must be on Boomtown Advanced ($129/mo and $79/transaction) for this option. You only owe Dalton Wade 20% upon successful closing for Zillow leads – and you can change zip codes or quit any time after the first 30 days – Zillow month to month so no commitment!
Open House Connect
Each week we obtain a list of available open houses from our participating listing agents who have listings but do not have the time to sit their own open houses. We make it real easy – you simply need to review our training material, have your electronic lockbox key, and have your own open house signs (we can help you order these or you can borrow them from the office) to participate! Monday evenings that list is shared first with all our agents on the lead program. You simply go to the county of your choice, select an open house and call the listing agent directly to claim it. Best part is – leads are 100% free meaning no referral fee to Dalton Wade and no up front cost – it is included in the lead program membership! We just aim to get you in touch with “now” buyer leads that you can meet in person right away – meaning the buyers coming through open houses.
This program is pretty great as well because it is also 0% referral fee, no up front cost either and is included in your lead program membership. If you want to participate, just advise what counties you would like data from. Then twice a week, we will email you a spreadsheet of expired, withdrawn and FSBO (for sale by owner) listings in your area complete with contact information – and it will tell you if the # is on the DNC (do not call list) so you know what ones to contact and what ones not to contact. You also get access to our FSBO and expired listing scripts, a listing presentation template that you can use to create your first listing presentation, and we can even design you listing signs. We figured we needed one aspect of our lead program that focused on obtaining seller leads, not just buyer leads.
