Become a Transaction Coordinator with Dalton Wade

If you’re organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy helping agents close deals smoothly, becoming a Transaction Coordinator (TC) with Dalton Wade could be a great fit. Our TCs earn a flat fee of $395 for buy-side transactions, $495 for listing-side transactions, and $890 for dual transactions that include both sides. Please note, TCs are only paid when the transaction closes. Additionally, Dalton Wade TC’s owe $45 per transaction fee paid to Dalton Wade, which covers being promoted through our TC program.

As a Dalton Wade TC, you’ll:

  • Create Dotloop loops with transaction contacts and public records

  • Add listing data and attachments to MLS, then download MLS sheets, public records, and MLS attachments

  • Coordinate inspections and track HOA documents, approvals, and questionnaires

  • Draft addendums, track repair receipts, and gather utility information for buyers

  • Coordinate closings and final walkthroughs

  • Keep files organized in Dotloop, submit for review, and prepare CDAs

  • Communicate with all parties — including sending contracts, deadlines, and contact lists to cooperating agents, lenders, and title companies

  • Track all contract deadlines from deposits and loan applications to inspections, appraisals, and closing dates

  • Send welcome emails to clients with signed contracts, disclosures, deadlines, and important transaction information

If you’re ready to manage transactions with precision and support agents in delivering exceptional client experiences, we’d love to have you on our team.
