Dalton Wade
Transaction Coordinators

Need extra help with Dotloop or staying organized during your transactions? A Dalton Wade Transaction Coordinator can handle the details so you can focus on your clients.

At Dalton Wade Real Estate Group, all of our Transaction Coordinators (TCs) are licensed Dalton Wade agents who dedicate 10–15 hours to managing each file. From organizing paperwork and tracking deadlines to completing CDAs and submitting documents to compliance, your TC handles the details to ensure a smooth closing.

For a flat fee of $395 for buy-side, $495 for listing-side, or $890 for dual transactions, you only pay when the deal closes. Agents are able to view all available TCs by state and review their resumes to select the coordinator who best fits their business.
