Become a Mentor with Dalton Wade

If you’re an experienced Dalton Wade agent who loves sharing your knowledge and helping others succeed, our Mentorship Program gives you the opportunity to guide new agents through their first transactions — while earning additional income.

As a Mentor, you will:

  • Assist your Mentee in executing, processing, and closing their first one to three transactions (based on their preference)

  • Prepare your Mentee for Buyer and Seller consultations, including role-play practice, scripts, and objection handling

  • Help with listing and contract preparation

  • Advise on the full contract-to-close process

  • Meet with your Mentee at least once a week (one-on-one or in a group) to set, implement, and track an action plan for success

  • If you’re in the same area, allow your Mentee to shadow you at showings, listing appointments, home inspections, final walkthroughs, and closings

How It Works
For each transaction your Mentee chooses to receive mentorship on, 30% of their commission is allocated — 25% to you for your hands-on guidance and 5% to Dalton Wade for program support.

A contract will be signed by the Mentor, Mentee, and Dalton Wade. Please review it here. All outlined tasks are available to view in the contract.

Being a Mentor is more than just answering questions — it’s about building confident, capable agents who can thrive in real estate. If you’re ready to share your expertise, inspire others, and help shape the next generation of Dalton Wade agents, we’d love to have you on our Mentor team.
