Who Qualifies as a Candidate?

A great candidate is any licensed real estate agent who may be interested in joining Dalton Wade. Ideal recommendations include:

• Agent friends or colleagues within your professional network
• Agents you have recently worked with on a transaction
• Agents you have an active or pending transaction with
• Agents whose listings you are currently showing
• Any real estate professional looking for a better commission structure and top-tier support

How to Qualify for the Bonus

To ensure you receive your $500, the recommended agent must meet the following criteria:

• They must remain with Dalton Wade Real Estate Group for a minimum of 60 days
• They must join or already be a member of a Board of Realtors
• The agent must not already be in our recruiting database
• You must be an active Dalton Wade agent when the bonus is due for payment

How to Submit Your Recommendation

To receive your reward, complete and submit the Agent Referral Form on this page. Once the agent successfully joins and meets the qualifications, your bonus will be processed 60 days from their join date.
