Agent Referral Candidates & How To Qualify
Agent referral candidates are agent friends, agents in your network, agents you have recently completed a transaction with, agents you have a pending transaction with, or agents whose listings you are showing.
To qualify for the referral, as noted above, the new agent must stay with us a minimum of 60 days and join or be part of a Board of Realtors.
In addition, Dalton Wade Real Estate Group must not have the referral in our database of agents we are recruiting and you must be a Dalton Wade Real Estate Group agent when the referral is due to be paid (your referral fee is due to you 60 days from the date the agent joins Dalton Wade).
To receive your $500 referral fee you must complete the agent referral form to the right.
