Since it has been a while since our last blog post, we are going to kick things off by telling you first why you should join the 415 agents who already call Dalton Wade Real Estate Group home. A Little Bit About Us
We started out in Florida at the beginning of 2015 with under 5 agents, armed with a dream to have a very unique type of brokerage. We wanted to not only make it easy for agents to work from home (while also providing an office in some locations to meet clients), but also to get those agents the training and support they needed without the expensive desk fees and big commission splits of the big name firms. And we did it! In the last year alone, we have more than doubled in size from 175 to over 400 agents and growing every single day. We started out in just the St. Petersburg/Tampa Bay area and now have agents in 18 counties spread out throughout west, central, east and south Florida!
What We Offer
We know what is most important to agents – 100% Commission! Yes, you read that right. Our agents keep 100% of their own commission for their own lead sources, they just pay $79/month and $79/transaction, no hefty commission splits or even desk fees.
For an extra $50/mo (a total of $129), we also offer a lead program! On our lead program we send you leads via live transfer, first vetted by Op City’s ISA team! That referral fee should you wish to join is 30-35% upon successful closing.
Feel like you need a little support or mentorship? Our broker Phil Wade is directly available to agents for any questions or concerns they may have, and we also have admin support staff to answer your questions as well day or night, weekday or weekend. We also have a mentorship program where we can pair you with an agent in your area so you can shadow them and they can walk you through your first 2 transactions.
As a Dalton Wade agent, you also receive free and immediate access to top of the line software like Boomtown (our lead tracking/management CRM) and Dotloop (our paperwork and compliance program).
