Revamped Orientations at Dalton Wade

  1. One-on-one Orientations. We’re excited to introduce Melinda Lee, our dedicated Onboarding Specialist. Melinda will guide you through essential information for new agents, such as how to start marketing yourself, gaining leads with our lead program, tools, and training provided at Dalton Wade.   2. Interactive Orientation Packet: For a comprehensive overview, our new interactive orientation packet is now available. Packed with essential information on getting paid at closing, contacting DW staff, and post-joining steps, you can view the Orientation Packet here. It will also be included in your welcome email upon joining.

Recruiting Agents in New States

  1. Broadening Our Horizons: Over the past few months, our efforts to recruit agents have been in full swing, spanning across North Carolina, Georgia, and Alabama. Dalton Wade is gearing up to further extend its reach to include agents from Tennessee and Texas. This expansion brings exciting opportunities for our existing agents! Join us in fostering growth – refer outstanding agents to Dalton Wade. For each successful referral that remains with us for a minimum of 60 days, you’ll earn a $500 agent referral fee. Coming Soon: Revamped Trainings and New Trainings

  1. Trainings Innovations at Dalton Wade. Exciting news as Britney Clawson, our new Content Creator and Training Specialist, joins us to revamp and lead most of our training initiatives. All of our trainings will be getting a revamp going forward to make sure you are getting the latest and greatest information we can provide, and Britney is here to help us do that.
  2. Contract Trainings for New States: Expect specialized contract trainings for each new state in the upcoming months.
  3. Turner Prospector Training: In addition to Randi over at Turner Title training our Florida agents on the Turner Prospector tool, Britney will eventually be able to give live session for agents in the new states. We also plan on having this training in our on-demand library soon.

Coming Soon: Sneak Peek Into Our New CRM – kvCORE

  1. Switching to kvCORE: Exciting changes on the horizon as we transition from Boomtown to kvCORE, a cutting-edge CRM and agent website. Anticipated to go live by mid-year, this new platform promises a faster and more personalized experience for our agents. We are extremely thrilled for this upcoming change, and we believe it will help take Dalton Wade, our agents, and your clients to the next level.
  2. Tailored Subdomains: Each agent’s subdomain will showcase only the MLSs they belong to, eliminating the hassle of sifting through out-of-state listings or properties on the opposite side of the state. This more personalized subdomain will be better for your clients going forward, especially as we expand into new regions as a company.
